We do not sell your information, and we never will. That's the short version. Here's the rest.

What we collect

When you use the Vault to buy TVC, we collect the minimum needed to fulfill your order: your email address (for order confirmation and support), your TVC wallet address (to send your coins to), and payment confirmation details from PayPal. We do not require an account, and we do not collect more than this.

How we use it

Your email and wallet address are used only to process and fulfill your vault order, to email you your transaction confirmation, and to respond if you contact us for support. Nothing else.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. We do not use third-party ad trackers or analytics that profile you individually. Payment processing is handled by PayPal directly under their own privacy policy — we never see or store your full payment card details.

Data retention

Order records (wallet address, email, amount, status) are kept for as long as needed for support, fraud prevention, and legal/accounting requirements. You can request deletion of your contact information at any time by emailing us, subject to what we're legally required to retain for financial recordkeeping.

Blockchain data

Once coins are sent to your wallet address, that transaction is recorded permanently on the public TVC blockchain, as with any cryptocurrency. This is inherent to how blockchains work and is not something we control or can reverse.
